combitech® system logika®

The logika® profile range comes in steel and aluminium. Aluminium has the great natural advantage that it does not rust and so can also be used in outdoor and wet areas (e. g. in nurseries, greenhouses, on ships, market stalls, cold storage rooms, garages, basements, etc.).

In addition, aluminium perforated rails have the big advantage that they are much lighter than steel perforated rails. They are therefore ideal for shelving and organizing systems in delivery trucks and building site vehicles. Particularly in view of saving fuel and increased safety due to shorter braking distances.

Another major advantage compared to steel profiles is that aluminium perforated rails can be anodised, which gives them a particularly nice and technical look. This makes them particularly suitable for use in furniture design (sideboards, desks, base frames for home entertainment appliances, shelving in modern living areas, etc.). In addition, aluminium profiles are particularly hygienic, antiseptic and easy to clean and can therefore be used perfectly in the food sector. We also have a full family of profiles with logika®. Not only a bracket with even and uneven branches and a flat bar, but also a U-profile, a T-profile, and a rectangular tube. These additional 3 profile types (altogether 6 types) are very important depending on the design and offer considerable extra benefits.

These 6 profile types come in 4 sizes (7.5; 15.5; 23.5; 35.5 mm), which can all be combined/assembled with one another due to the fact that the distances from centre hole to centre hole exactly fit on top of the two gap sizes 25.0 mm and 12.5 mm (12.5 mm × 2 hole gaps comes to 25.0 mm).

Naturally we produce all logika® profiles in the standard combitech® sizes. The aluminium perforated rails also feature the combitech® drill alignment grooves.

The range includes screws with which you can screw together different profiles. You need the shorter screws of a size e. g. for bolting two brackets together. You need the medium screws of a size e. g. for bolting a bracket to a square tube and the longer screws for bolting two square tubes together.

The range also includes two shelf feet made of plastic (PA) for 23.5 mm and 35.5 mm brackets with even branches. These protect the floor from the edges of the profiles.

The Alu-Magic polish and universal deburrer complete the accessories. However, you can also use all combitech® standard accessories for your designs. These include end caps, a step drill, gussets, nuts, base discs, rubber buffers, springs, ring nuts, knurled nuts, screw-in nuts, a handwheel, connecting bushes, hinged plates, eyes bolts, tensioners, setting rings, etc. These parts further increase the variety of applications.
