cabelino® cable duct baseboards create a functional system in an attractive design with various colors and decors to match the alfer® design family: clipstech® parquet and laminate profiles or decor profiles. The 45 mm and 60 mm high baseboards come in aluminium, plastic, and – just added – also in stainless steel! Matching accessories round the system off.
Clipped onto a carrier profile – depending on height with two or three integrated cable ducts – the extruded or edged baseboards create a fast and simple designer touch in the home or outdoors. Cables laid retrospectively are fastened with cable clips and thus are kept well-protected behind the boards in the skirting area along the floor, ceiling, or wall. Even with sunken screeds and floors continuous height adjustment of up to 10 mm is effortlessly possible.
With the Vario baseboards matching covers can be clipped on depending on the carpet or metal plate insert. The whole assembly is so easy and super quick thanks to accessories such as inside and outside corners, branchers, connectors, and covers. It does not require any experience or a high degree of precision, yet it still results in a professional look.
The stainless steel, aluminium, and plastic baseboards are dimensionally stable, warp-free, and resistant to damp and water. They are also antibacterial, resistant to mildew, durable, and easy to clean, making them ideally suited to indoor and outdoor use.

Our standard assortment is a cost-effective alternative. If you are looking for inconspicuous edge protection or want to create a designer look – the soft baseboards and buckling angles made of PVC provide the right solution for every occasion.
This assortment is characterized by quick wall edges with minimal effort, an attractive overall look, and simple installation. Available in rectangular design and with uneven shanks, self-adhesive, and in many colors and sizes.

For most people baseboards are just a decorative wall edge that sets design accents in living areas. With cabelino® cable duct baseboards you have a functional system as well that combines sophisticated trend designs with the functionality of integrated cable ducts. It is available in stainless steel with different looks, aluminium and plastic in different colors, precious metal, wood, and stone decors matching alfer® decor profiles. The baseboards are TÜV certified and thus satisfy the latest technical safety guidelines.
With traditional baseboards there is always the risk that the joints will split and gaps will form if the screed settles over the years. This is not only unsightly, it also becomes an unsanitary dust trap.
Here the cabelino® baseboard can be extended up to 10 mm thanks to the lock or clamp gap. Even if the floor only settles slightly the baseboard just needs to be pressed down.
Soft baseboards and buckling angles
If you do not have any particular technical or visual preferences for a baseboard then the inexpensive soft baseboard is suitable. It is self-adhesive and can be attached quickly and easily. You can simply cut it with scissors to the desired length. You also get buckling angles of the same material that you can use as internal or external angle covers for walls, floors, furniture, etc. They are also self-adhesive.
As you see here, a floor to wall connection without baseboard is always an inadequate solution and should not be used in practice.
If you need an inexpensive baseboard simply use a soft baseboard. It is very easy to install, all you need to cut it to size is a good pair of scissors.
